Instructions:

• Visit: A participating PostNet or Jetline store.
• Bring: Your RSA ID, driver’s license, or foreign passport.
• Fingerprint Capture: Your fingerprints will be electronically scanned on-site.
• Payment: Contact us for payment details. Do not pay PostNet or Jetline directly.
• Results: Criminal record status is available within 2 to 48 hours, depending on the service selected.

The fingerprint capture service itself is free through HURU. Note that fees apply separately for the criminal record check and ID verification, for which we will provide payment instructions.

After completing your fingerprint capture, please send us a WhatsApp message to receive further instructions on how to proceed with payment for the checks and to obtain your results.
