By creating an account and using the Zamzi Connect platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Zamzi Connect provides a discoverability platform and suite of tools designed to enhance the visibility of South African job seekers and businesses ("Users"). Services include profile creation, AI-powered search optimization, document verification, and access to supplementary applications.
Our document verification service utilizes AI and manual review to assess the authenticity of credentials. While we strive for accuracy, Zamzi Connect is not a credit bureau and does not guarantee the financial standing or character of any user. The verification badges represent our assessment based on the documents provided and are intended to build trust within the community.
Certain features of the Service require payment. We use PayFast, a secure third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Service Level Agreement.
Monthly subscriptions are billed every month on your billing date and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and renew automatically on your annual billing date unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid annual period; no pro-rata refunds are issued.
Once-off plans (e.g. Founder, Business Owner Once-Off) are billed once and grant access for 12 months from the payment date. They do not renew automatically. You will receive a renewal reminder via email and/or WhatsApp 7 days before your access expires.
Zamzi Connect reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zamzi Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Paid subscribers are also subject to our Service Level Agreement, which defines uptime commitments, support response times, service credits and cancellation terms. The SLA forms part of the agreement between Zamzi Connect and any subscriber on a paid plan.
