Our document verification service utilizes AI and manual review to assess the authenticity of credentials. While we strive for accuracy, Zamzi Connect is not a credit bureau and does not guarantee the financial standing or character of any user. The verification badges represent our assessment based on the documents provided and are intended to build trust within the community.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. We use PayFast, a secure third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zamzi Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
