Create an account, pick a plan that fits (Starter is free, premium tiers unlock extra profile modules), and follow the guided onboarding form. You will capture your services, work history, service areas, pricing, and contact preferences before pressing publish.
Once live, your profile gets its own public URL that you can add to your CV, WhatsApp status, email signature, or social posts.
The public directory powers search-profiles. Visitors can filter by role, skill, suburb, and keywords, and we rank verified, detailed profiles higher.
Every profile page ships with structured data so Google understands the services you list, improving off-platform discovery as well.

Yes. The tier selector in your dashboard uses the same product catalog that powers onboarding, so you can switch between free, subscription, and once-off plans any time. When you move between subscription and annual plans we prorate the remaining time automatically.
If you are unsure which path fits, start on Starter and upgrade when you need more sections or analytics.
We integrate directly with PayFast, so checkout happens in a secure South African gateway with card, EFT, or wallet support. Once payment clears, access is granted instantly and receipts are emailed from PayFast and Zamzi.

These apps live inside the Resources hub and dashboard Apps card. They are currently marked "Coming Soon" while we finish the shared login experience, so premium members see a disabled button with roll-out status.

Our dashboard capture tool records both sides of your ID, scores sharpness, auto-crops the document, and then submits to our vetting service. You can monitor upload progress and see why a frame failed before retrying.
Once the biometric and HURU criminal checks complete, a verified badge is added to your public profile and recruiters can filter specifically for verified talent.
Captures are saved locally first. If your network drops we queue the photos in secure storage and retry when the connection returns, or fall back to a manual upload route.
You will see a toast confirming when an offline submission is retried, so nothing is lost even if you close the tab.
