Request a Fix-it Squad

Tell Zamzi what needs fixing, where you are, and how urgent it is. Urgent requests can trigger immediate owner alerts so nearby squads can respond faster.

SMS first

Every matched contractor gets an SMS alert. Online contractors respond fastest — they rank first in your match.

Trade + area matching

Zamzi matches your request by trade, city and province. Contractors who declared your trade and are nearest rank highest.

How it reaches you

Matched contractors are texted with the job and its accept link. The first to accept gets it, and you then get their name, number and rating on your tracking page.

Burst geyser or pipe: close the main water valve.

If there is fire, electrical shock, or injury risk — call emergency services first.

About call-out feesTap to expand

Some contractors charge a call-out fee to come to your property. On Zamzi, every Fix-it Squad contractor's call-out fee is disclosed to you on the success screen and live tracker before the contractor arrives.

Always confirm the total estimate via WhatsApp before they leave for your property.
